White wine produced from Malvasia di Candia grapes, harvested at a stage of slight over-ripeness.
THE FEATURES
Pale straw yellow in color, it opens on the nose with initial notes of hydrocarbons and wet stone, not too invasive; complex aromas of lavender, cut grass, jasmine, peach and apricot typical of Malvasia follow. The sip is savory, very intense, complex and harmonious.
